Rojas Cigars was founded by Noel Rojas, who earned the nickname “King of the Small Gauge” for his expertise in rolling small ring gauge cigars. Noel Rojas originally came from Cuba, after fleeing from it. In Cuba, he learned the art of cigar making at home, and after leaving, he moved to the United States and established an independent factory in Nicaragua. After a while, he made enough money and used it to smuggle more friends and family out of Cuba. Noel incorporated friends and family who also came with the knowledge from Cuba into the company and together with him raised the Rojas brand to new heights. The company currently operates from Nicaragua, in a former theater, where it produces premium series based on selected tobacco, with a strong emphasis on complexity, balance and the unique character of each blend. Rojas Unfinished Business was the first series produced in Noel Rojas' new factory in Nicaragua. The name symbolizes the last corner he closed in conquering his life's dream - establishing his own factory. Cigar composition: Wrapper: Sumatra - rich in a dark oil layer with complex aromas. Binder: Nicaragua. Filler: A combination of tobacco leaves from Nicaragua and Mexico, which adds depth and flavors. Flavor profile: Provides a balance between body and depth (Medium to Medium-Full). Street Tacos Cinco de Mayo (2025) is an annual special edition from the Street Tacos series from Rojas Cigars, released as part of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations. This is a limited edition cigar with a meticulous and complex production process. The cigar is released once a year in one vitola and with a different composition. Produced in a very limited quantity, single boxes arrived in Israel. Cigar composition: Wrapper: Ecuadorian Habano Maduro, dark and rich in texture and flavor Binder: Mexican San Andrés Negro adds stability and flavor. Filler: A rich blend of Nicaraguan tobacco from the Jalapa region and Connecticut Broadleaf from the USA.
