After the huge success of the first bottle, we are proud to release our second bottle of EDOM no. 2, a fine Israeli bourbon distilled by Legends. A very small distillery from the Elah Valley that produces bourbon-style whiskey from 100% Israeli grain. This is a single barrel selected from dozens of barrels and several rounds of tasting. Aged for 4½ years in a charred red wine barrel, first fill. And the result? An excellent whiskey at 59.9% - barrel strength without dilution, without coloring, without chill filtration. Made from Israeli-made grains only! On the nose - a deep aroma of wood and cherry with a classic bourbon scent. On the palate - a floral and citrus flavor profile with hints of vanilla and a long caramel finish.
